active patents, and this patenting policy enables
us to anticipate technological changes and maintain
our lead. Since the products we develop are frequently
ahead of their time, it is not unusual for them
to become industry standards.Exel Industries employs
more than 1,700 people, including 16% outside
France. It operates 14 production sites, including
11 in France, and has locations in 16 countries.
7% of our staff is assigned to research and development,
which is budgeted at 5% of sales.

division: Sames, Kremlin, Rexson, they have highly

Sames
Technologies is ranked second in the world for
electrostatic spraying equipment for liquid and
powdered paint. The highly innovative company
was one of the first to develop electrostatic
spraying techniques and holds several patents,
and 15% of its staff work in R&D. Its equipment
and systems are used in industry and by car manufacturers.
Kremlin, a specialist in equipment
for applying liquid paint, supplies a broad range
of manual and automatic spray guns and pumps.
Customers enjoy significant gains in productivity
while protecting both the environment and the
operator’s health, thanks to Kremlin's use of
state-of-the-art technologies.
Rexson
Procédés, specializes in equipment
for the industrial application of thick substances
such as glues, coatings and insulating materials,
a field that is developing rapidly in industry.
Exel
